1. About Us
ABM Scrap & Trading is a partnership firm engaged in the collection, processing, and trading of plastic, industrial, metal, and e-waste scrap, along with PET flakes manufacturing and polymer trading (PET, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, HIPS, GPPS, Nylon) under our ABM Polymers division, including import and export trade.

3. Enquiries, Quotes & Pricing
- Any pricing, quotes, or rates displayed on the Site or shared via enquiry response are indicative and subject to change based on prevailing market rates, material quality, quantity, and inspection at the time of transaction.
- Submitting an enquiry or quote request through the Site does not constitute a binding contract. A transaction is confirmed only upon mutual agreement between ABM and the customer/trading partner, typically formalized separately (e.g., via invoice, purchase order, or trade agreement).
- All weighing, quality assessment, and material grading for scrap transactions will be conducted transparently at the time of pickup/delivery, and final pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
- We reserve the right to decline any enquiry, quote request, or transaction at our discretion.
4. Import & Export Transactions
For international trading transactions (including but not limited to trade with Gulf and African regions), all terms — including pricing, shipment, documentation, and compliance with applicable import/export regulations — will be governed by a separate trade agreement or purchase contract executed between ABM and the relevant trading partner. These Terms apply only to use of the Site itself and general enquiry submission.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of ABM Scrap & Trading unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party sites.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
